Hello! I’m Nathalie, a self-taught artist who began drawing in 2025. What started as an interest has grown into something I truly enjoy, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow through art.

Of all the mediums I’ve tried, colored pencils have become my favorite. I love taking my time with each drawing, building up layers of color, and discovering what I can create one pencil stroke at a time.

I’m still learning, experimenting, and finding my way as an artist, but that’s part of what makes this journey so special to me. I hope to continue improving, exploring new subjects, and sharing the pieces I create along the way.

I sometimes struggle to express myself in ways others understand, and art has become one of the ways I can share my perspective without needing to find all the right words.

My art inspiration comes from both the people I love and the way I experience the world. One of my greatest inspirations is my mother, who is an artist and sculptor. In 2025, I discovered that a painting I had admired my entire life was actually her own work. Although she no longer practices her art, her painting remains something I treasure.

I find something special in being able to turn what I feel, notice, and admire into something tangible. Through my drawings, I hope to capture a little of the beauty I see in the world and create pieces that others can connect with in their own way.
